Il ritiro dell’esercito israeliano fino alla Linea Gialla e la proclamazione della tregua avevano fatto sperare in un lento ritorno alla vita nella Striscia di Gaza.
Ma la realtà che emerge in queste ore è diversa, più cupa: Hamas sta riprendendo il controllo dei territori abbandonati dall’IDF, e lo fa con la stessa logica repressiva che per anni ha soffocato il popolo palestinese.
Lo denuncia il quotidiano arabo Asharq Al-Awsat, secondo cui sono già iniziate rappresaglie, arresti ed esecuzioni sommarie contro fazioni locali e gruppi civili accusati di aver collaborato con Israele.
